đź’Ś Purposed Women Weekly Devotional: Called to Arise

Theme: Called to Arise

Scripture: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are mine.”

— Isaiah 43:1 (ESV)

Reflection

There is a difference between knowing what God says about you and living like you believe it.

In Isaiah 43:1, God reminds His people of who they are: redeemed, called by name, and His. But that revelation wasn't meant to simply make them feel secure. It was truth they could stand on as they moved forward with Him.

The same is true for us.

When God reveals who you are in Him, something should rise in you.

If He says you are called, walk like you're called.

If He says you are His, stop living like you have to prove your worth.

If He gives you an assignment, respond in obedience.

If He tells you to pray, pray.

If He tells you to move, move.

Sometimes we're waiting for God to reveal more when He's waiting for us to respond to what He's already revealed.

Purposed Woman, knowing who you are in Christ should change how you pray, obey, serve, believe, and show up.

Revelation should produce a response.đź’•

Prayer

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for calling me by name and reminding me that I am Yours.

As You reveal who I am in You, give me the faith to respond. Help me rise in obedience, prayer, purpose, and every assignment You have entrusted to me.

Let what You reveal in me produce a response through me.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Application

Ask yourself:

“If I truly believed everything God says about me, what would I do differently?”

Identify one area where God has already spoken, but fear or hesitation has kept you from responding. This week, take one step of faith and obedience.

Remember:

God didn't reveal your identity so you could simply know it. He revealed it so you could arise and live from it. ✨

Theme: Walk in Your Authority Scripture: “Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” Luke 10:19 NKJV Reflection You can possess authority and still live as though you are powerless. In Luke 10:19, Jesus doesn't tell His disciples to find authority, earn it, or prove themselves worthy of it. He says, “I give you the authority.” It was already theirs because of the One who gave it to them....

Theme: It’s Working Together Scripture: “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” — Romans 8:28 (NKJV) Reflection Some things in life don't look good while you're going through them. The disappointment wasn't good. The delay didn't feel good. The closed door, unexpected change, loss, or season you didn't choose may have left you wondering, “God, how could You possibly use this?” Romans 8:28 doesn't tell us...
